We're continuing to provide a high standard of service & safety to our valued customers and we remain open for routine eye tests, optical prescription dispensing, prescription sunglasses, contact lenses and spectacle repairs.

We're open!

From today we're open (by appointment only) for routine eye tests, optical prescription dispensing, prescription sunglasses contact lenses and spectacle repairs.

Please make an appointment before visiting us as we can't accept unscheduled visitors.

When you do come to the shop please follow the following guidelines.

- Book ahead for all visits including contact lens collections.
- Please wear a face covering or mask where possible when inside the practice.
- Please use the hand sanitizing stations provided.
- Please observe the social distancing signs and requests in the practice.
- Please avoid visiting the practice in large family groups.
- Please pay via card/contactless methods where possible.
- If you are unwell please DO NOT come in, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

We do hope all of our customers are safe, well and coping with this extraordinary situation that we all find ourselves in.

We are endeavouring at this time to provide essential services for KEY WORKERS and those in urgent need.

Please read the following for information on how to access our services or visit our website at www.adamsopticiansarnold.co.uk

We are only open for essential and urgent eye care only.

Please contact us to arrange an appointment if:
• Your vision has suddenly changed or become blurry.
• You have a painful or red eye.
• You have been advised to attend this practice by NHS 111 or another healthcare professional for urgent eye care.
•You have broken or lost your glasses and need a replacement pair to function.
•You have a problem with your contact lenses.

If any of the above applies to you, please call us and we can then assess how to best meet your needs.

Contact lens supply for existing patients will be done by post.

If you already have glasses on order we can also post these to you.

If you are worried about your eyes please phone us to discuss this, we may be able to help you by phone or video call without you needing to come in.

Following the Advice from Her Majesty’s Government
we have decided to close our shop to all non essential business.

If you require ESSENTIAL spectacle repairs, adjustments or eye tests please call us on 0115 926 7639.

We are also happy to offer verbal advice on that number.
