Dear Friends old and new,
We have reached September, it is now almost a year since I lost my beloved husband Colin.
It has been a very rocky rough, rollercoaster of a year, so I hope you will forgive me…. I am running away for 3 weeks!
I am going to France, the first week away I will be visiting the (Quilting World) famous “European Patchwork Meeting” in Alsace.
Then I shall be meeting up with friends and travel around France in search of some sunshine (& quilt shops)…
When I first met Colin, he asked me why I went to so many different Quilt shops? (You see he hated shopping, so when he went shopping, it was - in get what you want & out - done)
So I explained… Every Quilt Shop owner has a different view of fabrics & prints, so every shop is different. I love to see the ranges of fabric that are available.
Now to our website, I still have not been able to access it, so I am not able to change any information there, it is something I will ‘tackle’ over the winter.
Any orders received by mid day on Sunday (tomorrow) I will post on Monday morning.
Please feel free to continue to order through our website, I shall start sending them out the first week of October.
