A little reminder from a small independent bridal boutique 💕

From time to time, appointments are missed without any notice. We completely understand that plans change, emergencies happen, and with the current heatwave, some days simply don’t go as expected.

What people don’t always think about is the impact a missed appointment can have on a small business.

Every bridal appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We schedule staff, prepare the boutique, and keep that time available, often turning away other brides who would have loved that appointment slot. We still have staff wages, electricity, and all the usual running costs to cover whether an appointment goes ahead or not.

We always do our best to confirm appointments beforehand and make sure everything is in place for your visit. All we ask in return is that if you can’t make it, please let us know. A quick message or phone call is all it takes.

There is never any judgement, and we’d always be happy to rearrange for a day that works better for you.

To all of our wonderful brides who keep us updated and communicate with us when plans change, thank you. Your kindness, consideration and support mean the world to small businesses like ours ❤️
