Our Beau in his bow tie. He’s such a lovely friendly wee dog. We just love him to pieces ❤️ Doggy bandanas or bow ties are a great beginner friendly sewing project for kids. I’m running a workshop to make one as part of Kids’ Summer Sewing program on Thursday 16th July 2.30-4.30 pm. A selection of fabric and resources are prepared ready to choose on the day. £20 per person aged 8+ Message to book.

The kids and I will be pretty busy this Saturday making super cute cherry zippy bags. Even completely new sewers can put a zip in with the right support and encouragement. I have 2 places available in the morning class 11-1 pm and 1 in the afternoon 2.30-4.30 pm. Everything is already prepared and included in £20 cost. Message to book.

Swallow Summer Bunting sewing today at a workshop that I created specially for this particular group using hand dyed upcycled linen and Liberty fabric swallow applique motifs. What pretty results!!! Thanks everyone for spending the afternoon with me.

Every sewing party is important. I always make sure that the kids are relaxed, safe and have as much fun as possible. Chocolate brownies at the end always help! Thanks Anna and friends for having your party with me on Saturday 😊

It was lovely to welcome the sewing group from Dungiven Regeneration for a wee visit to my studio. I am always reminded how positive it is for our mental health to sew and chat together. Thanks ladies! See you in Dungiven next week xx

Make these versatile and easy trousers with me over 4 sessions on a Thursday 7-9 pm starting 4th June. The small group size of no more than 5 means that if this is your first venture into making your own clothes you will have lots and lots of help. This is my fourth pair. They are so easy to wear- intact you might say they are a breeze ! 😊 message to book. Only £50 for all 4 classes which includes the pattern.

Five fabulous gals (and two cute mice) made the most gorgeous big frilly collars with me in only 2 hours. I always take it as a good sign when people leave wearing their completed project. I do believe some of the gals are wearing them still! 😊
