We managed to redo the board when we was at the bushcraft show, well I say we! What I actually mean I got my daughter to do it as I feel that’s it’s important that even children growing up should understand mental health or at least be aware of it..

At traction we don’t care if you ain’t buying anything, as long as you come in for a chat. As most of you know we will always have banter and laughs with you to try cheer your day up.

Sometimes that’s all it takes to help someone out, remember everyone you meet is going through a journey like you and there road may not be as easy as yours.
