• Lopokova No 8 long sleeve top •

Lydia Lopokova was a Russian primal ballerina with Les Ballets Russes. The design is a sketch by English painter Dame Laura Knight.

Knight sketched and painted Lopokova and other dancers regularly during the 1920s and the whole collection is just wonderful.

I chose this particular one as, for me, it conveys so much joy, energy and movement.

It’s a limited edition, licensed from Knight’s estate. Screen printed with eco friendly water based inks by in Frome, U.K.

Organic cotton, machine washable.

Available in black, grey, blush. Also short sleeve T-shirts, vests, sweatshirts.
