Wanted: Clothing Printer & Retail Assistant

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Start Date: October

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Clothing Printer & Retail Assistant. This is a full-time position offering a mix of hands-on production work and customer service within a friendly, fast-paced retail environment.

This role is ideal for someone with good computer skills, an eye for detail, and a positive attitude. Previous experience with CorelDRAW or other design software would be a big advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given.
Main Responsibilities:

Operating clothing printing and personalisation equipment (training provided)
Preparing and editing artwork for customer orders (CorelDRAW experience highly beneficial)
Serving customers in our retail shop, offering excellent service and product knowledge
Answering telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Handling payments, including cash and card transactions, accurately
Assisting with stock management, tidying, and general shop duties
Supporting the team with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the business

What We’re Looking For:

Good basic computer skills (essential)
Knowledge of CorelDRAW or other design software (advantageous, but training provided)
Strong communication skills – confident speaking on the phone and face-to-face
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully
Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn new skills
A friendly, approachable personality with a customer-first mindset

Full training on printing equipment and processes
Supportive and welcoming team environment
Competitive pay rate of £12.50 – £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Regular working hours (Monday–Friday, 9–5) – no weekends
