This took me months to do especially as I had a lot on during that time. It’s the first one I’ve done and it’s a gift for a new baby. The pattern didn’t mention lining but as the back isn’t pretty I decided to line it with a soft velour lining fabric. The original pattern is in oatmeal but I thought I’d try it in pink. I’m so so pleased with the result. Any thoughts?

Hi everyone. Haven't posted in a while because I've been poorly and when not I have been so busy 😀. Before Christmas I started 2 mermaid tails for my nieces and they turned out brilliantly although there was a lot of work to them and they were very heavy in the end. I'm waiting on a pic from my sister of the girls in them as the one I've posted isn't the best. After that I wasn't able to knit for about 3 weeks but as soon as I was able I got the needles out again. Yesterday I just finished another Christening Shawl for a very dear friend and hopefully I'll get a pic of that on soon.

Going to give myself a break from the big stuff for a week or so and starting beautiful wash/dish cloths in lovely bright colours. I'll be selling them at £5.00 each or 3 for £13. No pics yet as want to show my work and not pics from the patterns.

As always if there's anything you want to know, should it be a request for something you want to know if I can do or a question about anything else please don't hesitate to send me a message or comment below.

GORGEOUS CHARCOAL COWL £30

I knit this item to order as one of the photos shows it in its Organza bag ready for the customer.

It is very soft and warm. It is made with snap fastenings but can be made without them. The buttons are for decoration only.

This item would be a wonderful gift for Christmas, a birthday or just a surprise. It is sure to keep you warm as it's made to be close fitting.

I can knit it in your choice of colour and it would take a week from order to dispatch at the latest.

Really pleased today as got my first 2 orders. One is a beautiful cowl in Charcoal grey and the other is for 2 mermaid tails. One in Fushsia and one in Aqua. Photos of the patterns being used below. If you're interested in either please let me know as the big day won't be long coming round and I can only knit so much before then. Prices will depend on the type of wool requested. Eg the wool for the cowl cost £18 so I would be selling it at £35 as it is quite detailed and has other items on it. Thanks again for looking. I will post pics of the finished articles. 😀😀

This beautiful shawl was knit for a Christening of a dear friends grandson. I am offering to knit this to order. It will take about 8-12 weeks as there is a lot of work in it.
