A little moment of honesty.

In 2022 my whole life burned to the fu***ng ground. My marriage, my friendships, everything I thought to be true of myself was gone and I was so lost. It was without doubt the worst and loneliest time of my life.

If I had not found I’m not sure I would be where I am now. Having a space to feel safe, feel connected and to heal those wounds has been transformational.

When you are trying to piece yourself back together and rediscover who you are, go back to the things that brought you joy as a kid. And for me that was always dancing.
But the Sacred rave is so much more than that. To be reconnected to the joy, euphoria and feeling of the music, but in a safe and conscious space is absolute magic. I don’t really have the words to explain it.

I can feel my fire coming back, and even though life is completely different I just KNOW the next bit is going to be fu***ng amazing. Because I won’t settle for anything less.

I’ve said it before, but it’s never too late to change your path. And if all else fails.. dance 🖤
