Packing a bag of extra special vintage to take to Deborah Marie for repairs as Frock Me! Vintage Fair Kensington is coming up very soon. We have a 1930s silver lame gown which is having its ratty straps replaced with wired 1930s paste ‘ribbon’ a 1920s silk velvet dress in the most incredible shade of pink having some underarm healing, a 1920s gold lame lace dress needing a tidy up and an 1860s wrapper that needs a little repair doing on the neck after I removed some nylon lace rather too quickly. Cannot wait to be hanging this lot out on Sunday October 18th
