Started a new book this morning, "As A Man Thinketh," by James Allen. Don't mind the title this book applies to man or woman. So many quotables just in the first two chapters, but this one here I had to read a couple times. "Men do not attract that which they want, but that which they are. Their whims, fancies, and ambitions are thwarted at every step, but their inmost thoughts and desires are fed with their own food, be it foul or clean."

Embrace the struggle, be resilient and stand strong in your faith! Everyone is not meant to see or understand your dreams or vision. That's why they are your dreams and your vision. Their will be doubters along the way. It's okay to have doubters as long as you never doubt yourself!

This design was created to further bring attention to some of the social injustices that have become the norm in our society. Police misconduct with emphasis on use of excessive force and falsifying police reports; to obtain criminal convictions have been going on for decades. This mistreatment by people in authority causes US to LOSE TRUST!

Everything in life will not go as planned and we will actually fail more than we succeed. It's important not to quit, but take those loses or what we like to call, them L's and learn from them and use them as STEPPING STONES to get us up over those obstacles.

This is something my Dad used to tell me and my siblings growing up. When I was younger I didn't quite grasp the significance of what he was saying or what he was teaching me at that time. I wouldn't fully understand this saying until after I began to study the Bible and after he passed in 2010. His saying goes hand and hand with Philippians 4:13; "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We hope to not only inspire you, but to also inspire the next person.
