It is no secret that I love AI, so when Meta told me I can use AI assisted messages I jumped at it! I have spent some time this evening training it, and I will be monitoring it very closely over the next few weeks - if its not working out then I will turn it off.

Please know that I value each of you very much and appreciate each message and enquiry a whole bunch!

But I spend a lot of my time replying to messages and booking things in, and I'm sure you'd all appreciate if I was able to spend a bit more time sewing. (Aka, getting your alterations back sooner!)

Many of you admired this stunning patterned dress when it was on the rail—it really is eye-catchingly beautiful! The first two pictures show the "before."

​I shortened the dress and used the fabric cut-offs to add two panels to the back, creating an extra 15cm of room! It was a lot of work, but when it’s a dress you love, it’s absolutely worth it.

Phew, it has been a whirlwind lately in the sewing room!

Prom and wedding season is officially in full swing, and I’ve been busy working on some gorgeous pieces.
Between the formal wear, I’ve been keeping the everyday essentials moving too—I managed to power through **8 pairs of trousers in just one night**! You can see the lineup in action in last photo.
And if that wasn’t enough, we’ve even added a new skill to the repertoire: **flooring**! We took a little break from the needles to learn how to lay these boards, and the room is looking so much fresher now. 🛠️🏠
Back to the sewing machine I go! Thanks for keeping me so busy! ❤️

Another new one for me, can I make a paper boy hat slightly bigger? Turns out I can!
I had a very similar tweed in my stash and was able to sneak a slither into the front to allow a more comfortable fit.
