Hello all!

Posting this to announce I have taken the decision to close the business down. I have now changed occupations and gone full time.

Fleury's General Repairs and Alterations was a lovely five years and the customers are what made it that well talked about business where business just came by word of mouth!

Another happy customer ready for the Goodwood Revival! ✨✈️

This handsome Royal Air Force uniform has been lovingly brought back to its former glory:
– Adjusted the side seams for a perfect wartime-era fit
– Moved and added buttons in true vintage style
– Replaced the front patch
– Repaired moth damage on the back and sleeves
– Shortened the trousers for that classic silhouette

I’m thrilled to have helped my fabulous customer look dashing for such a nostalgic event — wishing him a wonderful day at Goodwood Revival! Thank you for trusting me with this piece of history 🫶🏻

✨ Back at Work Today! ✨

Thank you so much for your patience while I took a little time off with the children ❤️ Now they’re back at school and I’m back in routine, I’m excited to get sewing again!

I’ll be spending a few hours today catching up on all your lovely enquiries — my brain is still more “stitching” than “typing” 😂 so thank you for bearing with me!

These PJs had their length shortened, and I even reattached the button detail so they look like they were never altered. The customer was absolutely thrilled!

I grew up wanting these Juicy couture trousers! These make me feel so nostalgic! Do I dare myself to get a pair?! Yay 🙌🏻 or Nay!
Shortening done to these lovely pair finished with a slight zig zag stitch so it still allows the stretch!
Absolutely love them!

Wowieeee, I am so lucky to have all these orders! Thank you so much for all your support over the last few months!

Happy Monday everyone!

How stunning does Leah look in her beautiful prom dress!? Leah came to me with her dress needing the top taking in about 2 inches per side and the skirt shortening and tapering in so it fitted her beautifully.

Happy Friday everyone!

Posting another stunner on here. This beautiful sparkle arrived needing a lot of work!
The back loops needed moving and repairing, excess fabric was left inside from manufacture 🤦‍♀️, I took the sides in and shortened the hem.
My poor prom girl was so unhappy with the way the dress fitted when she first came to me and left with a big smile on her face when I completed these adjustments! Not to mention mum Lisa wasted no time leaving me a lovely review on Google and Facebook! Thankyou so much!!
