Payments can be made by PayPal or bank transfer. Refunds and returns policy-
Personalised items are unable to be returned unless they are faulty when you receive them. Evidence must be provided when you put in a return claim. If you need to return an item as a result of an error on my part, then i will cover your shipping costs. Once the item has been received your refund will be processed back

to your original payment method. As most of my products are personalised I will not be able to issue refunds for unwanted or wrong orders unless the fault is ours. Refunds will not be given if you have damaged an item trying to repair it or by getting someone else to try. To make a return please contact me via messenger along with your name and order details and i will get back to you as soon as possible. Shipping/collection-
Collection option is available at no extra cost. When placing an order please state if you would like shipping or collection. Shipping cost will be added at the end, I will send Royal Mail shipping prices and options. Turnaround times (the time between placing your order and receiving your order) vary based on the volume of orders that I have to fulfil, turnaround times are 7-14 days. If you have not received an update about your order within 10 days please contact me to chase your order and i can update you. As soon as your order is ready it will be dispatched with Royal Mail and you will be notified (tracking information also if you chose) You will be notified if your order will take longer than 14 days so please make sure that you order in plenty of time just in case especially with the run up to Christmas & Royal Mail strikes. Cancellations-
If you want to cancel a personalised order, you will not be eligible for a refund on any supplies that I am not able to sell on. All orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled for a refund and are subject to our refunds and returns policy. If you decide that you no longer want an item that you ordered you have 12 hours in which to cancel to be eligible for a full refund. Amending orders-
If you find that you need to amend your order please contact me as soon as possible! If the production process has already begun and cannot be undone, you will be charged for the unusable materials. To make sure this doesn't happen, please make sure that you check over your details fully before submitting your order. As i copy what information is sent to me, please make sure that you triple check the information and spellings when you are placing your order as mistakes cannot be changed once the production process has begun.
