NOTICE TO LONGFLEET PARENTS

As the proprietor of QDOS Clothing, and your school uniform supplier, I would like to inform you of some changes that will take place from the beginning of January. To help me continue to grow and improve the service I provide, I have expanded the business and taken on 2 new business partners. However, in order to do this, I have had to separate the schools I supply and share the workload between us, so going forward Carly and Dee are now part of the QDOS team.

As a result they are currently responsible for supplying the uniform for St Peter's Secondary and Primary Schools as well as St Joseph's, Burton, Priory and St Walburga’s Schools and from the New Year, Longfleet School as well. They will be known as 'QDOS Schoolwear'.and will have their own separate bank account.

They will be supplying my uniform from the exact same suppliers and they are both fully committed to maintaining the high quality, reliable and friendly service that you have come to expect from me. They will be your point of contact from the beginning of January.

As part of this transition, QDOS Schoolwear has launched a brand new website designed to make ordering as easy and convenient as possible for parents/carers. The site will offer a 'home delivery' option offering greater flexibility and a smoother ordering experience for you. Carly and Dee will continue to offer on-site after school sales, although, from January, these will be held on a Friday afternoon once a term, dates to be confirmed, although deliveries will be made to the school on the first Friday of the month, wherever possible. As always, the dates will be arranged with the school office and parents will be notified accordingly.

Printed price lists will be available for you to pick up from reception in due course, as well as an electronic version posted on the school website. From there you will find the web address for placing orders which is www.qdoschoolwear.co.uk

I am confident that this partnership will benefit the school community and ensure a seamless and efficient uniform service going forward. This is just a reminder that I will be over at Longfleet School tomorrow afternoon holding a school uniform sale at the end of the school day from around 3.15 onwards. I expect to be holding the sale at the back of the school hall as usual.

In the past uniform sales have been held on a monthly basis on the first available Monday of the month as far as is possible. However, from September onwards, the day will change to a TUESDAY afternoon, due to ongoing commitments in the school hall on a Monday afternoon. The school will advise you as and when, however, please don't hesitate to contact me if you need further information or clarification on any points.

Alternatively you can place orders with me throughout the year and collect from me directly or from the school office if you are unable to attend the sale as long as the orders have been paid for beforehand.

Next month's sale is scheduled for Tuesday 7th October.

LONGFLEET UNIFORM ORDERS FOR COLLECTION

This is just a reminder to Longfleet parents who have placed orders with me over the summer and have arranged to collect them from me at Longfleet School tomorrow morning.

I will be there between 11.30 and 12.30 purely to distribute previously paid orders that have accumulated over the summer and for parents who have pre-arranged collection or exchanges from me today, or who have asked for them to be left at the school office.

If payment is needed, cash or card will be required at the time of collection or BACS payment. Any unpaid orders that are not collected today will be returned to stock.

I will be holding a full uniform sale again at Longfleet School on the afternoon of Tuesday 9th September.

NOTICE TO PARENTS OF ST PETER'S SECONDARY, ST PETER'S PRIMARY, ST JOSEPH'S, BURTON, PRIORY AND ST WALBURGA'S SCHOOLS

I have expanded the business and taken on 2 new business partners but in order to do that I have had to separate the schools and share the workload, so going forward Carly and Dee are now part of the QDOS team.

As a result THEY are now responsible for supplying the uniform for St Peter's Secondary and Primary Schools as well as St Joseph's, Burton, Priory and more recently St Walburga’s Schools.

Please rest assured that everything will work just as before including 1:1 appointments for fittings if required. In addition the uniform is mine so exactly the same quality as before and from the same suppliers and both the girls live locally and supply the same "click and collect" facility as I do.

QDOS will be holding a School Uniform Sale in the main hall at Corpus Christi this afternoon, today Wednesday 30th July from 1.00 until 3.00 and again tomorrow morning, Thursday 31st July from 9.30 until 11.30.

NOTICE TO LONGFLEET PARENTS

This is just a reminder that I will be over at Longfleet School tomorrow morning between 9.30 and 10.30 as well as tomorrow afternoon holding a school uniform sale at the end of the school day from around 3.15 onwards. I will also be there between 5.00 and 6.00 for the second new parents meeting.

Although the uniform sales are generally held on a Monday afternoon, tomorrow is when the new Reception Parents attend their Welcome Meetings, which I will be there for, so a whole school sale is being incorporated in with these sessions.

In the past uniform sales have been held on a monthly basis on the first available Monday of the month as far as is possible. However, from September onwards, the day will change to a TUESDAY afternoon, due to ongoing commitments in the school hall on a Monday afternoon. The school will advise you as and when however, please don't hesitate to contact me if you need further information or clarification on any points.

I would just point out that this will probably be the last official school uniform sale for this academic year. However, orders can be placed throughout the summer, when parents can collect directly from me at my home address. Alternatively, I will be at the school on the morning of Wednesday 27th August between 11.30 and 12.30 distributing paid orders that have accumulated throughout the summer.

A further whole school uniform sale will be held in early September once school starts back. Parents will be advised of dates nearer the time.

NOTICE TO LONGFLEET PARENTS

A few sale dates in March have been cancelled this year, as the school has the main hall booked out for other activities, so the next uniform sale is now set for Monday 31st March.

However, as many of you may already know, I am coming over to Longfleet School this Thursday 13th March, purely to drop off some uniform orders that have accumulated over the last few weeks. If you would like to place an order, as long as it has been placed before tomorrow morning, I can include it in with that delivery, as long as it has been paid for beforehand.

Please place any orders with me via text, WhatsApp or email and the preferred method of payment is via online banking.

If you are unable to attend of the sales I can leave your order with the school office for collection at your convenience as long as it has been paid for beforehand.
