New gluing machine for making belts is so cool. We can really up our output with this and the quality of belts is improved due to repeatability of glue application. Water soluble glue means even better for the environment. Little wins!

Hand made in our workshop from Italian Top Grain Vegetable Tanned leather, we have put over 320kg on these and still not broken the rivets or chains. I think they’ll do the job 😏

The only skiving off I allow in my place of work 😤
Finishing stages of making a leather di**le prong powerlifting belt. First we use the Osborn Common Edge tool to skive off some excess suede and chamfer the edge. Then the belt is sanded and buffed with some Tokonole, all the way from Japan 🇯🇵
