Established in 2015, specialising in bridal and occasion wear, while also offering high-quality alterations and repairs for everyday clothing. I offer an alteration service for almost all kinds of womenswear, and basic menswear in Bridgend, and the surrounding areas from Cardiff to Swansea. I work from my workspace at home which keeps costs reasonable whilst still delivering a high standard of work.

Excuse the photo dump, but it was impossible to pick just one or two photos from all the lovely ones Lauren (The Bride) sent me 🥰

Lauren's dress needed the length taken up and alterations to the hip area. The capes were bought from the bridal shop and attached with poppers so there was the option of removing them later in the day.

Lauren also had the amazing idea of adding a layer of fabric to her daughter's dress using the same fabric as her dress, which she sourced from the supplier. The result looks stunning, and even better ... her daughter felt so special on the day because she looked like her Mummy ❤️

One of the best parts of being able to sew is being able to save much loved items.

This is my Dad's vintage Chicago Bears cap that he received from a colleague over 30 years ago, and it means a lot to him. The fabric had perished from the cap, but I was able to source similar fabric and bring it back to life. Ready for him to wear for another 30 years!

A beautiful day for a wonderful bride!

This dress was so unique and needed quite a bit of work. But I think we can all agree that the bride looks stunning, and every bit of work was so worth it!

"I just wanted to say thank you so much for your alterations on my wedding dress, it fit perfectly and was so comfortable to wear all day, I didn't want to take it off and I had so many compliments!"

January has been a month of organising and tidying for me, including my clothes. It feels like a great time to reset my wardrobe. I made piles of keep, donate, throw away and needs attention.

The needs attention pile is all those items that need altering or repairing. I highly recommend a wardrobe reset, it feels great!
