Couple of hot water bottle covers I made for my mum over the weekend......fabric combos chosen by mum and I tried adding hooks to the covers so they can be hung up for storage over the summer ☀️

I've been out of the sewing game for a LONG while now due to so many other commitments but late last year I was finally able to let go of my 9-5 job & go fully self employed so I'M BACK!!! 😁😁🥳🥳

I'm actually starting a delcuttering/organising business to fill my 9-5 salary gap BUT this also means I have the time & mental space to sew again.....and sew I will......😆🤩🤪.....here's a few recent items I've made.....bomber jacket for MOI....a pot cover for our cheese plant & a little bag for my daughter.....

Literally cannot stress enough just how vital reviews are for small businesses like mine ~ they are what gives others the confidence to buy & even more importantly they actually give the makers & the creators the confidence to keep going 🙏🙌

Literally just finished making this one & I think it's a bit gorgeous 🤭

This is really high quality, beautiful imported Japanese Cotton. The gold thread actually shimmers in the light for a bit of WOW~Ness AND there is only enough fabric for me to make 3 of these so very very limited edition for those of you who love to keep it unique 💥

…..and just like that I’M BACK 🤣😂😅…..it’s been a long year, a very very productive & interesting year actually BUT it’s also been insanely busy…

I pretty much had to put my sewing down for a few months in order to get various things underway / completed but I’ve missed it sooooo much & have now vowed to make atleast 1 item each week for my little Etsy shop, hopefully more!

So to kick it off I’m getting back into hot water bottle covers….it’s the right time of year & also I’m just a total hot water bottle addict so 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

Can’t believe it’s been a solid 2 MONTHS since I posted anything on here 🤭😬😱🤔…….

…..basically we’ve been installing a new kitchen, & my sewing space is in our kitchen, so it’s been non existent for a good while now & ive not long got it set back up…..

ANYWAY 😆😁…I’m back, & I’m still sewing, I’ve had a little word with my machine & given it a bit of a dust down & shes all ready to do some work! 🤣

So here a couple of small repair jobs for some very beautiful friends of mine, a little hemming for & a bum tear repair for ‘s fave pair of jeans 🍑✨😆

I got invited to a birthday meal last week and needed to get dressed up which isn’t something I do often right now but after a couple of failed ideas I ended up coming up with this top and clutch combo & absolutely loved it 🙌💫

The top is just a basic cami top with a peice of fabric sewn on the front and the clutch is a super simple design ideally sized for holding everything I needed to take out to dinner with me 👛

I will be introducing some of these to my Etsy shop over the coming weeks ~ watch this space 🙌🪡

Clutch purse, matching bookmark & Ankara earrings ~ fit for a Queen 🌟💕

The clutch is also the first item I’ve ever sewn a brand label into so is another first for iish 😁🙌
