September is one of the busiest times to order on the Motability Scheme, as the new registration plates arrive this month.

A few things have changed this year. New leases now include 10,000 miles a year, VAT applies to advance payments, and the current price list runs only until 30 September, with a new one from 1 October. If you already have a lease, nothing changes until you renew.
