We're searching for a new Assistant Manager to join the Thrift team!

The role is full time (37.5 hours) including weekends!

➡ Previous management experience in a fashion retail environment.
➡ Experience with pricing/organising stock.
➡ Knowledge of vintage brands and styles.
➡ Ability to merchandise and adjust floor layouts.
➡ Confident in delegating roles and able to motivate a team to achieve targets.
➡ Previous experience in cash handling and banking.
➡ Understanding of excellent customer service.
➡ Enjoys working in a fast paced, ever- changing environment.
