Gorgeous, summery clothes made from 100% cotton fabrics, handmade in Kenya. Sandfish was very much inspired and led by the demands of my own three boys.

Having grown up in the African heat, they would always rummage about in the cupboards for clothes that were cool and ultimately quick and easy to throw on. My love of fabrics meant that I was always on the look out for beautiful, soft materials that I could then make (or rather find someone else to make) into the designs that I love and couldn't find anywhere else....as simple as that! When I once

found Milo, my eldest son, desperately squeezing his size 8 bottom into his baby brothers shorts I decided it was time to expand.

I am so looking forward to being
for the next 2 days. This is one of my favourite events and is in such a beautiful spot.

Thank goodness for the arrival of some new stock too. Phew!

Introducing our new Teen Skorts.

These are an adaptation of our best selling Rara Skorts that we've tweaked and perfected for teenagers.

They've still got our signature shorts underneath but just a simpler, single layer over the top with a beautiful overlocked hem to give a pretty detail at the bottom.

They've also got a wider waist band that is not only super comfy but also supremely flattering.

A staple summer wardrobe item that we hope you love x

The countdown to a crazy May has begun and things are very busy in the Sandfish house.

Our beautiful new phone straps are finally here: beaded by hand in Kenya and ready to hit the stands at Badminton on 6th May.

I opened up the box this morning and sold one on the spot to my lovely friend 🧡

It's been a huge mission getting these ready and sourcing the right rings and buckles but I am so pleased with how they’ve turned out. Let me know what you think x

A little update to a classic Sandfish style...

Our Chyulu maxi skirts have truly stood the test of time and remain a perennial best seller. There’s something so effortless about reaching for that favourite long skirt: cool in the heat, easy to wear, and endlessly versatile.

Loved for their flattering silhouette, the flat front panel creates a clean, elegant shape, but we know that for some, the fit could sit a little too high, or feel too long.

So after plenty of thought (and a lot of tinkering), we’ve made a small but transformative change: we’ve added softly ruched elastic side panels at both hips and it’s a total game changer.

The skirt now adjusts beautifully to your body, sitting exactly where it should while still maintaining that signature, flattering shape.

We’ve created them in some truly gorgeous fabrics, and we can’t wait for you to see them.
