Doing my first ever Half Marathon in the morning 🌞

Doing this as a celebration of the year I’ve just had - extreme amounts of GROWTH, resilience, pain and joy - running got me through some rough stuff and has helped me process some very traumatic experiences.

I’ve chosen to do a costal path trail, as I love the sea and the fact that it’s more of a challenge (elevation baby! 🏔️) feels fitting after a year that’s been all about pushing through discomfort 💪
