Exhibition prep has been a whirlwind, with some days feeling like pure madness! Luckily, we got a head start on the subbox designs. While stitching the sample for May's subbox, the idea for this reel kept buzzing in my head, even during other tasks. The needlepoint trinket box for March Subscription Box!
I noticed that when i am stitching without the frame i tend to take much less photos and videos of work in progress, but ai still believe that even with the mininum I managed the capture the essence of box creation.

It is now holds a special place in my embroidery corner at home where i can leave my jewellery while I got lost in more relaxing needlepoint projects.

Stitch Focus - Half Cross Stitch!

It might sound strange, but we lovingly refer to this stitch as lazy cross stitch since you only stitch half of the cross-stitch.

This stitch focuses solely on our March subbox, and we can only emphasize how easy this stitch is. It is one of those stitches that will get you hooked on needlepoint, and you'll simply want to see your creation coming along.
For its simplicity, you can find this stitch as a first stitch option in all our needlepoint kit guides.

It is a simple diagonal stitch worked horizontally or vertically.

The March subbox is the Needlepoint Trinket Box kit, and we are so excited for you all to get your hands on it. It was such a fun project to create, and I think it turned out beautifully.

This was a challenging project to design to keep the pattern continuously working as an octagonal-shaped box stitched with on plastic 14-count canvas to keep its shape.

The result is simply stunning!
