End of an era… Please bear with me as things slowly change and grow, this is all very much a work in progress, so stick with me; kindness and words of wisdom all greatly appreciated ###.

Change is a foot! My foot will stay exactly the same, but my brain will have to engage, and my hands. Because today I enrolled on the KLC Online Certificate of Residential Interior Design, and it looks very in-depth! I can do it part time, from home or on my commute while I keep working to bring the pennies in, which suits me perfectly and means I don’t have to commit my whole life to being student at this age (no, not going to tell you)!

I’m not sure where it will take me, but I couldn’t bear to give up Edie + Po entirely, hopefully the original business and this new one will blend well; it feels like a natural segue and is something I LOVE doing.

Having a classic woman’s imposter syndrome has meant I would never expect anyone else to trust me with their home… yet! So this is the first step towards that. That said, my lovely (brave?!) parents have agreed to let me experiment on their new house while I learn, so watch this space for updates on that - Project Parents! Wish me (and them) luck. ###
