NEW OPPORTUNITY
SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Track and manage the wholesale goods from Supplier to Partner, managing and reporting
on each of the critical milestones. This will be done by constantly liaising with the wider
business and DCs, updating tracking reports and publishing to the business daily
- Supporting the DCs on fulfilling wholesale orders, driving customer service
- Management and where possible resolve exceptions to include:
- Chasing missing information
- Maintaining full audit trails from supplier PO to delivery to partner
- Resolving stock issues prior to export
- Coordinating export collections with freight forwarders
- Updating the despatch information against the relevant orders on our partner trackers
- Proactively manage and resolve issues by liaising with the relevant stakeholder which could
be brand, Central Wholesale, suppliers, partners or delivery logistics partner.
- Reconcile the pick in the DC to Partner POs to ensure that there is visibility and audit
between both.
