What is a Soundbath?
💫 Immerse yourself in a deep, healing sound meditation, with the powerful vibration of the crystal & brass bowls, enjoy soothing water sounds, the gentle chimes and the explosive, shimmering gong.

Healing instruments are played to create a beautiful soundscape, that will take you into a deeper, meditative state.

Please WRAP UP WARM EVEN ON A HOT DAY! As the stone barn is cool, especially when you’re laid down. Bring hoody, socks, blankets, etc.

BRING YOUR OWN mat, (a sun lounger cushion is ideal for extra comfort) Yoga mat is ok.

PLUS eye pillows, blankets, cushions for comfort. This will ensure a more comfortable and relaxed experience for all.

However please bring extra pillows and blankets for additional comfort if you wish (highly recommended for everyone, but especially for those with skeletal issues)

Ensure to wear comfortable, loose, warm clothing, cosy socks, and bring a bottle of water, incase you need a drink throughout your session.

These sessions have been loved and well attended by many at our past events!

PRE-BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL!

🍄 Uncover some natural hidden treasures within the undergrowth (in the local area)

🍄Learn about the uses and healing benefits of these spring medicinal plants and trees, and the benefits of foraging in general.

🍄 Reconnecting with nature has a very positive impact mentally, helping to reduce stress and anxiety

🍄 You may even get to try a few tasty treats along the journey

🍄 Learn about the positive impact plants have on our planet

🍄 we encourage you to bring a notebook and pencil to make a note of your findings or draw pictures

I’m pleased to announce that lovely and talented Lauren from unique dance & fitness will be running (weather permitting) some outdoor aerial hoop taster sessions THIS SUNDAY! ⭕️🩷

Sunday 2nd August at Pendle heritage centre!

It’s a feel good, fun session, perfect for kids or adult fitness!

It’s going to be a pay what you can afford session on the day ☀️

We recommend a payment £2 - £5 per person, per taster session. HOWEVER we will leave the decision entirely upto you, because we really do want to make these sessions accessible for all 🙂🫶🏻

There will be a small group session running every 30 minutes.
