Freda Power is closing down. So what better time that now to share some of my more embarrassing failures as a business owner.
(We’re closing in the UK and re-opening in Hong Kong, don’t worry)
Nothing will have you projecting a false reality harder than starting your own business 😅.
After all, if you’re not your own biggest champion, who else is gonna be? But hyping yourself up and only talking about your wins can be pretty misleading.
Starting a business from absolutely 0 is such an uphill battle, and the failures generally, outweigh the wins. But that’s what makes everything so worth doing, when you see those small successes coming in - it makes all the work worth it.
In the meantime, here are some of my more embarrassing or silly failures since launching Freda Power
