Having taken up yoga I decided to make some bolsters. Nice little touch making these personalised. 🧘‍♀️🧘🧘‍♂️ the cover is organic twill which is washable and the bolster itself is made using heavy duty calico. I added a 5” zip in the calico to allow for topping up the organic buckwheat husks should they wear down after a time. ( usually takes a few years before the need to top up)

Another stunner - these materials were chosen by my client after seeing a previous design using these materials.
Dark denim with tan leather - it’s a great combination and looks superb.
Can be hand held or carried on one’s shoulder.
All fabrics are stabilised. Plenty of pockets in this bag along with 2 pen pockets.
Bright colourful cotton linings make it easy to see to the bottom.
I like this design so much that I definitely need one for myself! 😃😃

Although it has been a while since I last posted I have still been making my bags alongside other sewing projects. 😃
Here with a ‘as requested’ order - a lovely little everyday bag, the perfect size when you just need to carry the essentials. Made with black faux croc fabric and lined with a quality cotton. The linings in ‘off the peg’ bags are generally so thin that they wear quickly.
Inside zipped pocket for added security and a sewn in key clasp so no searching for those keys again!
Finished off with a delicately embroidered wild flower design for added interest. Sewn and riveted handles complete the look.
This bag can be made in any size.

I have just finished making this bag - and, I am loving it 😍😍😍
One lucky lady will be gifted this in a few weeks from her hubby. I like it so much that I do not want to let it go. 🤣. Beautiful soft lambs leather that feels lush.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself making this one and the embroidered rabbit looks great too. 🤗🤗🤗

This was another order that was to be a Christmas gift so I was unable to post prior to Santa coming for obvious reasons.

The recipient loves boating so I was commissioned to make a large bag with her initials on and a river theme.
I embroidered the detail for the front and back and used this fabulous cotton canvas seaside fabric with boats and beach huts for the lining - it was the perfect match for this bag.
The rivets on the handles are diamanté rivets to add a bit of sparkle.

Another 3 everyday totes. A great size when a large bag is not needed. Ideal to use for work too.
Wild flowers embroidery design in lilac or grey or the sunflower design make these little bags a little bit different.
Each with an interior zip pocket and a key chain clasp.

I was asked to make a large tote style bag with room for phone, make up, keys, purse and scrubs and the bag had to bear the initials of the recipient and some roses. I believe this bag is to be a Christmas present oh and they like blue and like up cycling!
This is what I produced. 😃 The bag is made of an upholstery wool fabric with faux leather detail.
I embroidered their initials in roses and embroidered a bunch of roses on the back. I added a large flap closure with magnetic snap.
The interior has a large zip pocket, 2 slip pockets and 2 pen pockets. I also added a lobster clasp key chain so no digging to the bottom for keys.
To bring in the up cycling hobby I made the handles from a genuine leather belt and attached with rivets.
My logo is added on a tab with a diamanté rivet above the logo to set it off.

It is fair to say that my client is over the moon with this bag and is really excited to be gifting it at Christmas.

UPDATE: This made one very happy recipient- my client loved this bag. 🤗

Navy with deep pink lining. This bag has a large interior zipped pocket and I have added a key clasp so no losing those keys at the bottom of the bag!
Lovely embroidery on the front makes this bag stand out.
