You may have noticed we’ve been a little quiet recently..
We’ve had a super busy few weeks in the studio preparing:
*A couture silk and lace bridal gown made to measure🪡
*A mini version 👗 for the flower girl
*52 Chivari Chair 🪑 covers
*8 matching table runners
*And a wedding cake 🎂 (not our expertise)

So apologies for the radio silence, we will be back in the studio soon!
Hats 🎩 off to the unbelievably talented for absolutely smashing it 👊🏻 and for being so unbelievably modest. You underestimate your talent, and do not know how loved you are.

We’ve been busy bees 🐝this evening preparing for tomorrow’s event. first craft stall at South Pennine Records Music Festival 🎵 . The event is in aid of and we’re proud to be supporting mental well-being through sewing. We’ve got some lovely handmade gifts and ‘Sew it yourself’ kits. Sewing can be therapy!

This weekend you’ll find us at South Pennine Music & Arts Festival. This is a charity event to raise money for Mind.

Sewing can be great way to support positive mental health and well-being.

We’ll be hosting a stall with lovely crafty items and sewing kits to promote ‘sewing for the soul’ and encouraging people to have a go.

Bespoke order 💙

⛪️ Our client had a vision to create a christening outfit for her little boy using the silk from her wedding dress👰🏼

🐰The brief was ‘Peter Rabbit’ as that was the theme for the Christening Day.

✏️ We hand drafted the pattern from the client’s own sketches.

🪡 The result was an Ivory silk shirt using silk from clients own wedding dress, with Peter Pan collar piped with blue detailing.
Silk covered buttons and child’s initial embroidered on patch pocket. Complimentary blue dungarees with covered buttons.

💙We were delighted to fulfil the clients brief with this bespoke order for her gorgeous little boy.
