Inspiring customers to get this joy from clothes is the best thing about my job. I’ve had two particularly rewarding sales today, with women who came in chain-store-weary, with little confidence but open minded, and who left with literal bags of style.

Apologies to anyone visiting Lwsi today and not finding me there. I had a tooth extracted at 8am and frustratingly the gory aftermath seems to be monopolising my whole day. I’ll be open tomorrow! 🙏🏻
