The Toy Library - Cambourne

Hi everybody,

We will be in the Playroom at The Blue Space tomorrow Thursday 10th September 10:30AM - 12 NOON.

Please check our page before coming to our sessions in the coming weeks as we are looking at changing session dates and moving to Sackville House (we will keep you updated!).

As always, if you have any problems getting to sessions, just get in touch and we will arrange an easy solution for borrowing/returning!

The Toy Library has now been open for over a year and we have had hundreds of visitors and hundreds of toys borrowed. If you are ever interested in joining a small group of volunteers please get in touch. We are proud to be a volunteering opportunity where you can also bring your children and you do not need to commit to every session.

We are going to be closed Thursday 13 August due to the heatwave.

If you are struggling to keep larger borrowed items at home please get in touch and we can help.

Due to the hot weather, we will be tidying up toys ready to close at noon. If you have any requests, please pop in and let us know! If you aren't able to return an item this week please send us a message :)

The Toy Library won't be open this week due to the heatwave.

We know how stressful it can be looking after little ones in the heat, lots of us will be getting out the paddling pools and ice cube messy play. Remember that there are lots of useful resources to help you keep babies and children safe in the hot weather!

There's a thunderstorm making its way to Cambourne!

If you have a little one staying up - maybe not too sure about the thunder and lightning, it might help to use the lightning tracker and show them just how predictable thunder can be!
