Started on halloween costume number 2.
A forest fairy!
Bought a pink leotard and tights (other models favourite colour) so just making a skirt and headress. Net leaf shapes bunched up at the top for volume, sewn to pink ribbon and some ivy leaves on the waistband of the skirt. Going to add some flowers and details to the headress, more pics to come.

My next project is halloween costumes for my girls.
Starting with a witch costume.
Bought a black dress from charity shop, cut off unwanted over-lace including sleeves. Altered the under layer to fit the model and cut a new over-lace from some awesome web and spider lace I got from ebay. Cut zig-zags into the hem of the skirt and sleeves to give it a witchier look and a simple witch hat hemmed with yellow ribbon (models favourite colour). Few more details to put on but mostly done now. products
