✨ Carlo Moretti murano glass vase.
Beautiful Vintage Blue White Strips Hand blown Venetian Murano glass vase, measuring 6" tall, brim of vase is 1 3/4" in diameter and the base of the bottom is 3-1/4" x 1-7/8" in diameter, the opening is almost 1" in diameter. Very interesting and unusual piece of the art glass from Italy 🇮🇹

Established in 1958 in Murano, Venice by brothers Carlo and Giovanni Moretti, this brand combines the century-old craft of mouth-blown Murano glass with contemporary Italian design.

The exploration of new styles and its continuous experimentation with shapes and materials through the centuries confirms the old “know how” of the Murano Master glassmakers combining two contradictory cores, solid and liquid.
An highly qualified skill without forgetting its concrete responsibility to express contemporaneity respecting the Venice Lagoon thanks to its sustainable behaviors toward the environment.

This vase wants to speak to your manager 😬

Vintage 1970s Signed Micheal Lambert Whimsical Dancing Pottery Vase.

Measures 10"(25cm) tall and 7"(18cm) across (at widest point).
Signed on the base in ink by the artist.
No chips or cracks. Excellent vintage condition.

Michael Lambert has been making pottery in California since 1967. His stylized coffee pots, sugar bowls, and creamers, and vases appear capable of strutting across the table on their own. There is "a kind of elegance," says Michael, "but my work also has a cartoon, humorous quality that I enjoy." "I try to design functional pieces which are both very personal and also quite structured in a way that neither wheel thrown potters, nor ceramic factories can achieve. Each piece is carefully assembled from individually cast parts. I love the subtle richness of thick glazes thinning on the edges of the bright porcelain clay." Michael left graduate school at UC Berkeley to pursue a career in ceramics, studying at the College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland and the Richmond Art Center. He opened his own studio in 1976 in Santa Cruz, Calif. His work has been featured in American Craft, and has even been on the cover of Ceramics Monthly. His pottery is considered to be works of art and is on display at several art museums. Lamberts works are almost impossible to get now since he closed down his Studio in CA at 2007.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Eva-Lena Martinson's eye-catching elephant with a rounded shape, blue color, and joyous expression. It was designed in the 1990s at the Skruf glasswork.

The elephant was traditionally crafted by hand giving it a unique touch. Kindhearted design from the Swedish realm of glass!

"I wanted the animals to have the simple yet powerful expression of childhood."

Eva-Lena Martinson (1962-) is one of the renowned representatives of the illustrious Swedish glass design. She is well known for her warm-hearted, humorous and sometimes subtly ironic design. Martinsson is represented at numerous museums in Sweden.

Nick Orsler British Studio Art Glass Vase Signed 1988. This unique vase has iridescent tones. Measures approximately 17cm height. In excellent condition no chips cracks or restoration.

Nick has designed and made glass for over 20 years and has had work purchased for both private and public collections around the world.

Nick initially trained at Hornsey College of Art in London, and then did a degree in Industrial Design at Leicester. After various apprenticeships in small studios in England, Nick travelled to parts of Europe, mainly The Black Forest in Bavaria, and parts of Italy, to extend his interests in the art of glassmaking.

On returning to England Nick set up a small studio in London with the support of a Crafts Council award.

Nick has exhibited and sold glass to numerous Crafts Council selected galleries including the Cecelia Coleman Gallery, London, and the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge.

Ever since the 50’s Lisa Larson belongs to Sweden’s most beloved ceramic superstars and samples of her design are to be found in many homes. Like few others, she has combined a modernist, expressionist treatment of the clay with a pictorial narrative that is directly and easily accessible.

Lisa Larson's chubby cat with a rounded shape and joyous expression. It was decorated by hand in brown tones, giving it a unique touch.

Lisa designed the cat for the Gustavsberg Museum. Heartwarming design!

Made of white stoneware, handpainted and glazed.
