R:evolve Recycle Saving textiles from going to landfill since 2015 and working towards a circular economy♻️ No cash, just guilt free swapping.

Our mission is to reduce the impact of fast fashion on our environment and we do this by creating fun and exciting products and services that you are proud to be part of. R:evolve thrift + gift stock a gorgeous range of vintage, designer, and second hand (with tags) clothing and accessories, as well as reworked garments, jewellery, crafts and homeware. We sell a selection of beautifully handmade g

ifts, created here at R:evolve Recycle by our talented volunteers, made right here in our workshops including macramé, stained glass, crochet, knitted and hand sewn gifts. We also offer a space for local artists, makers and creators who are environmentally conscious to sell directly to the public. Past stockist include 555 Clothing, Jewellery 2 Wear and Isle of Clay, which featured in 'Barbie - The Movie'. R:evolve Swap Shop - Simply bring in your old clothes in return for points which you can use at anytime in any of our shops, against all clothes, shoes and accessories. Wee Jinty's Haberdashery stock gorgeous second hand textile crafting materials, equipment and curious finds. All income through our Wee Jinty's Haberdashery and Thrift + Gift is reinvested into R:evolve Recycle to keep our swap shops and clothing bank free for our community, as well as offer volunteering opportunities for people to meet new friends or learn new skills. Yes, that really does our head in too!! 😠

Have you noticed selection boxes and Christmas chocolates in the super markets already? We noticed them in the beginning of August!

Remember the days we would get to unpack our bikinis before having to think about the next 'holiday'?

I mean don't get us wrong... we ❤️ Christmas but we also know that if we buy those selection boxes now, we will need to replenish the stock again before we even wrap them 🤣

Well you could say we are jumping on the band wagon by launching our autumn/winter program already, but we call it "being organised"

We are quickly rolling into the busiest time of the year and we don't want you to miss out because you didn't see it coming!

This year we have laid in some old favourites and even added in some 'bring your own bottle events' so you can get together with friends, in a sustainable and affordable way.

Mark your calendars for our final Jumble Sale of the year by R:evolve Recycle. This is your very last opportunity this season to find amazing new-to-you treasures and support local, sustainable shopping!

I bet you didnt know...🤷‍♀️

That we try to reuse as many materials as possible in our Sunday Craft Cafe to help reduce waste and keep our activities low cost.

This week we are doing Scrapbooking which includes your journal, and all the materials people have donated to us over the years. Sit for an hour or for the full session crafting away.

Pop along between 11-3pm to have a go, have a coffee, some hot snacks or shop sustainably in our thrift & gift store. A one stop shop for all your Sunday vibes.
