🛍️ RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY — PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING 💕
📦 Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment, Monday to Friday.
Please allow additional time for postal delivery, particularly during busy periods, weekends and bank holidays.
↩️ Returns
For orders placed through Facebook, Facebook Live or Messenger, your statutory consumer rights apply.
You generally have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel a distance purchase, followed by a further 14 days to return the item.
📮 Return postage is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service.
👗 Condition of Returns
Items should be returned in a suitable condition. Items that have been worn, washed or damaged may be subject to a deduction where legally permitted.
💷 Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will contact you for your bank details and your refund will be made by bank transfer.
Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, the standard original delivery charge will also be refunded. Any additional cost for choosing a more expensive delivery option is not refundable.
🏷️ Sale & Pre-Loved Items
Sale and pre-loved items are not automatically excluded from your statutory consumer rights.
Any known faults, marks or signs of wear on pre-loved items will be clearly described before purchase.
⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, not as described or we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will deal with this in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
🧼 Hygiene Items
Certain items may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where a legal hygiene exception applies.
