Awesome run this morning... Slowly getting better ☺️ Just under 5k in 37 mins. Pace 7 mins 40. Happy with that for a very up hill, muddy trail run in 22 degree heat. Also I just had to stop and take pics 😁 500 calories burnt means a protein and carb breakfast in the form of a bacon sandwich is in order 😋
