For my latest larger 32”x40” piece to hang in I wanted to pay my respect another musical/spiritual creative Alice Coltrane. Such a beaming and enlightened soul. Her music has been with me for years and I still find new emotive elements within it today. It’s funny how the music doesn’t change yet it evolves with me and always feels relative to wherever I am on this journey. I feel this way about all my creative hero’s and want to paint them as well as share and promote their music. Peace ❤️

Thanks to everyone who liked my paintings helping me decide which ones to get printed. I’m waiting for some proofs and will have some available soon. In the meantime this is my latest piece made with acrylic and inks randomly splodged together then left to dry. Theres a lot going on here aside from the strong super hero vibes.

Good evening. I wonder if you could help me with a bit of market research? I’m planning to offer prints of my original art work on my website. Please could you help me by letting me know which ones you think might work best? I’ve placed these in mock frames to help visualise ones you could see in peoples homes or studios etc. I’m planning to do a a range of sizes including a pack of postcards. I’m looking to charge between £10-£25 per print depending on size. They will be on good quality stock and prices will include postage. Any help would be massively appreciated. I’ve really enjoyed this journey so far and it’s a huge bonus to hear people like some of the work. Thanks in advance X

I‘ve finally got round to doing a Sunday kitchen session with my old band mate John Ayers. We live opposite ends of the uk now so had to do this remotely. It’s just one take each so it’s a bit raw. This is one my favourite Tom Waits songs that always feels comforting to sing. Just a bit of fun before I get the dinner on. Enjoy x

For todays pieces Itried out a different technique. Rather than adding layers and letting them dry before adding the next I put all the paint on at once then chopped and sliced it until I ended up with this 3Dish grid pattern. I like the globular effect in each window. It looks like they’re still moving. Enjoy.

Today’s layer and scrape piece in oil. I’ve decided to show each piece rotated at 4 different angles so the viewer can choose their favourite. It’s very interesting how something that is abstract and intuitive looks right or not to an individual. My journey continues… I hope you dig.
