This week we want to shout out about , founded by the brilliant Rebecca, a self proclaimed feeder.

Rock My Bowl is all about vibrant, fresh, seasonal, flavour-packed food – with just a little bit of naughty. Rebecca wholeheartedly believes you should eat anything you like in small quantities.

When friends come her house they get a beautiful-looking plate of the most delicious food. So why should catering be any different?
Rebecca wants every mouthful to look and taste the best it can. So, that’s what we’ve been doing from her RMB kitchen in South East London since 2016. Curating the best ingredients and local suppliers.

Breaducatipn’s main focus is to benefit children and vulnerable adults who might not ordinarily be given the opportunity to learn how to make bread. And it all began with .kits . These bread kits are the easiest way to make homemade bread. You don’t need a mixer or a bread machine, you don’t even have to knead . All you have to do is add water, mix, shape and bake.
Schools, Food hubs and prisons have embraced breaducation benefitting the community.

When not at work, Jenny is into writing, organising communities, and rooting for Chinese food.

Celestial Peach kicked off in 2018, focusing on health and longevity via a vegan Chinese diet. It’s evolved into a hub for sharing stories about Chinese cuisine in the diaspora and the folks behind it.Through this, Jenny made friends online and in real world.

Lately, she’s been curating food events for the UK’s ESEA community, from potlucks to congee get-togethers. Jenny sees food as a tool to bridge communities and explore personal heritage.
