It was an absolute pleasure to help Edouina with her wedding dress.
After initially meeting her at a wedding fair, I gave her some advice on dresses & she came to me for the alterations.
The length of her dress was perfect for her so it was just a matter of some tweaks to the rest of the dress, like adding bra cups & adjusting the boning to give more support, plus adding a few extra loops and changing the corset panel & adding a bustle.
The jacket needed a bit more work as the sleeves were a bit tight, so they were let out & increased by the seam allowance to give a more comfortable fit, shoulders adjusted & some darts added to make it sit better.
She was very happy with the final result & I even got to see her on the morning of her big day, as I went to help dress her to ensure the corset was done up perfectly.
A real pleasure working with this lovely lady & I thank her for sending these wonderful photos from her wedding at Carisbrooke castle.

Thank you to one of my brides Mel for letting me share this photo of her wedding day.
Her dress was taken in to fit & feel secure, as it was strapless. The length was also taken up as was the front length of the over skirt. The over skirt had buttons sewn all the way down the centre back by the bride as she wanted to make a personal mark on her dress.
The dress looked amazing on her & she had a fabulous day.
