The shop is looking so beautiful and colourful at the moment! 😍

We had a huge restock yesterday so we have loads of new bits in

Natalie and Bradley are covering the shop today so I can get ready for Catch Market on Sunday

Come and have a rummage through all the new things today! We have new books, trinkets, mugs, vinyl, postcards, jewellery, local art and so much MORE 🍄

We are open tomorrow thanks to the wonderful BRADLEY!

Jess is still recovering from the insanity last week, surgery and loooong (beautiful) days at Knockengorroch 🎪 She will be back on Friday and Saturday this week and then back to her normal days next week

Did you know? Bradley has started selling Vinyl? He’s got an awesome collection at home and appears to be selling some absolute crackers in the shop!

Simon and Liz Holmes set up the Knockengorroch Festival near Carsphairn in Galloway back in 1998. When he died in December last year, the family considered cancelling the event as it happened at one of the busiest times for preparations.

KNOCKENGORROCH you were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

Thank you so so much to everyone who supported us both before and throughout the festival.

Jess was in hospital for three days before Knockengorroch with appendicitis and after the surgery on Monday would quite literally not have made it to the festival without such a strong support system! Thank you to everyone who went above and beyond to help out 🍄

To Sophie: thank you for being my best friend, sister and soul mate. You carried the energy of two people throughout Knock. You are the most amazing person and friend and I do not have the words to describe to you how much I appreciate your presence in my life. Thank you for the meals, hot water bottles, chai deliveries, company, for helping me get around and out of bed, driving, topping my water bottle up and everything else! You are such a special human and I love you!

To my family: Mum and Julie, thank you for ALWAYS being there and for going above and beyond with your support. Only a couple of hours after being discharged from hospital you were both in my living room making jewellery and mystery bags in preparation for Knock. Thank you for covering the shop when I was too sick to go in. I love you both ❤️

To Natalie and Bradley for always being there for the shop and for making sure it’s still been open when I’ve been unable to get in! You’re the most wonderful friends ❤️

And last but most definitely not least, to my Husband Jonny: thank you for looking after me while I was in hospital and for convincing me that Knockengorroch was still possible. You really are the most amazing husband ❤️

The Mush Room has NEW tags!

‘Curated, Preloved, New, Reworked clothing and accessories’

We’ve got some big plans for the shop which will be coming after Knockengorroch 🍄 So keep an eye out for expansions, new stock, professional packaging, new ART and more!

The last 9 months have been a huge learning experience and I’m so excited for the future of the business
