Help us keep public access to Chelmsford's Shire Hall.

Essex County Council is about to agree a deal with a developer on terms that are different than previously agreed. We are concerned that this could mean little or NO public access to Shire Hall. The building has stood at the top of the High Street for 228 years. It is a major Chelmsford landmark, which once served as a court house.

Essex County Council Liberal Democrats have "called in" this decision for review. There is a meeting on 21st February 2018, so we now have two weeks in which to show the strength of public feeling on this issue.

Our online boutique is now up and running at www.nowandthencollection.co.uk. We stock great vintage and designer preloved clothing, shoes and accessories and postage to UK is freeeeeeee.
We also take our stock on the road. Our next sale to the public is at Chicago's in Chelmsford on Saturday 3rd December. We will be open 10-5 and entry is free. Ther is a changing room and the bar is open for coffee.
We also have a stall booked at TrulyMadlyVintage at The Shire Hall in Chelmsford on saturday 10th December.
