I remember with fondness, hours spent with my nan learning to crochet & always looking forward to the craft hour in school on a Friday afternoon. Into adulthood, teddy bear making was my main hobby, even being lucky enough to work at weekends in a craft shop selling all the supplies & helping with bear making workshops. Sadly health issues meant that bear making became too tricky....but I couldn't
let this stop me & determined to keep crafting, I went back to crochet & learnt all over again. The past two years have been filled with this wonderful hobby & I hope to share these makes in 'Floberri' in the near future. Learning new crafts is always exciting & this brings me to now & the reason for my new page. I am really enjoying making lampshades & most recently, the cute little tea light lanterns. With this in mind & so many adorable fabrics available, it seemed like the perfect time to open the door & invite you all in to the joy of handmade at 'Floberri'.....xx
