We’re counting down the hours! Here’s your essential info to help you plan your visit 👇

📍 Location & Parking
We’re located near the Tansley crossroads – postcode DE4 5GF.
✅ Parking is FREE and included with your ticket.
♿ Blue Badge disability spaces available – just ask our team when you arrive.
🧻 Disabled toilets are on-site.
🌿 Please note: the event is held on grass. Many of our guests use mobility scooters with no problem, but do take this into account.

🚗 Coming Sunday? Please read!
There is a separate Tansley Car Boot Sale nearby on Sunday – this is not part of our event.
Please follow signage for Tansley’s Big Day Out to avoid confusion.

💳 We accept cash and card at the gate.

💸 Cash is King!
While many of our brilliant stallholders accept card, we recommend bringing cash as well – especially for stalls like Cars King and other vendors.

🐶 Dog-Friendly Event!
We love dogs at Tansley’s Big Day Out!
Please keep them on a lead and be mindful around stalls.
🎖️ Don’t miss our Dog Show – you can enter your pup on the day!
🐾 Plenty of dog stalls will be there with treats, accessories & more.

🪑 Seating & Relaxing
We’ve got picnic benches, hay bales and barrels around the site – but feel free to bring your own camping chairs to chill out and enjoy the vibes.

On arrival, you’ll receive a full itinerary of the day’s events and timings.
🕚 We’re open 11am to 5pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
