With Christmas markets coming up over the next few weeks, it's that time of year when the baubles take over - EVERYWHERE! Chalk & Flint HQ is awash with boxes and the breakfast room table won't see an actual breakfast for a few weeks now. This year, we are particularly excited about our new centrepiece, which is still work-in-progress but is coming along nicely ...
If you are anywhere near the Chiddingfold/Petworth area next weekend and have time, please come along to the Ramster Hall Christmas Market on 22 & 23 November, between 10am - 4pm. The market is spread out both indoors and outdoors and the essentials like tea, coffee and cake will be available to sustain you! We hope to see you there!

Christmas market #2 (of 2) this year! We have been invited to take part in a fair in the picturesque village of Amberley, here in West Sussex. The weather looks like it will be kinder to us than last week but everything is indoors anyway so we hope to see lots of lovely people!

A stall with view(s)! Dorset House Christmas Market - ready to go. Come and see us - everything is indoors so well out of the way of Storm Bert! There are some gorgeous stalls with lots of gift ideas - including presents to self 😊 - and food and drink. Oh, and a few baubles … 😁🎄

It’s that time of year again! 🎄 We sadly had to miss a market recently, due to injury (mending now) so it’s straight into Christmas Market season now! Our designer Christmas baubles and decorations are ready for sale - there’s always a period where the dining table at one of our houses is covered in STUFF whilst we get everything together - and we’ll be finishing off our preparation this weekend.
We have two Christmas markets coming up, the first of which is next weekend - 23 November - in the fabulous Bury Barns, in the pretty village of Bury, near Pulborough. The fair is organised by Dorset House school, in aid of children’s hospice - a wonderful charity that does so much to help.children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
The barns are beautiful at any time of year but will be in full Christmas mode next weekend so come and see us, bring the family and enjoy a day out. We hope to see you there!

Hello lovely followers! It’s been a while - we’ve been hibernating and then wading around in all that winter weather - hasn’t it been awful?!
Anyway - dare we say it? - Spring seems to finally be here and we have our first event of the year coming up at the on Saturday 18th May in … you guessed it, Midhurst! We’ll be picking out which goodies to bring and posting some pics this weekend but in the meantime, make a note and if you can come and see us and our fellow sellers and artisans, we’d love to see you!
