Although a bit sad to see them go today, I’m confident they will thrive with the new owner and continue to be enjoyed. 😊

This dark navy hat travelled to Dorset recently for a family wedding. It is an curious design with a bright navy frayed ribbon detail to the crown, a rolled brim & it is adorned with lots of interesting feathers & blue beads. The designer is unfortunately unknown but the piece matched well with the clients long line jacket & certainly turned a few heads.

This beautiful & very large dusky pink hat was a pleasure to wear to Ladies day at Goodwood back at the end of July. The design by Victoria Ann millinery features a spiral trim & pretty frayed effect with an abundance of narrow feathers to create a soft appearance.

Learning how to make fascinators!

Fascinators were the preferred choice for this Mother & Daughter for a recent family wedding.

The fascinator has become a very popular ornamental headpiece. They are less formal than hats, can be fun to wear & can add colour & personality to an outfit. Traditionally they are worn on the right hand side of the head. Fascinators were banned from the Royal Enclosure at Ascot in order to ‘restore formality’!
