Is it overshare or would people relate? Do I post or hold back and allow those cogs to keep turning….

Running a small business on your own can be a lot. A one man band doing it ALL, some things really well where your strengths lie, and other aspects averagely as there lies your weaknesses so you avoid them at all costs.

Juggling a lot of balls, working every spare moment you have, zero structure at times and wondering if it’s all worth it

Trying to be a great mum, but inside feeling like you are failing miserably - ‘mummy can you play a game….. one second darling mummy just needs to send an email’

Sacrificing the things you love doing like going to your yoga class, cooking new recipes, saying no to meeting friends for coffee

Did I drink enough water today, have I done enough steps, what shall we have for dinner tonight, must try and get to bed early today, need to tackle my ever growing to do list, argh I didn’t text blah back the other day must leave her a voice note, need to do my accounts, havnt done a grid post all week, need to do a post office run, must go through kids school emails, forgot school bake sale, oh sorry I can’t make it I have triple booked myself
