Padpod & Berrie - Handmade Ooak wearable Art Jewellery & Accessories. Hi I’m Mel Chase, all Padpod & Berrie’s pieces are designed and handmade by myself to create wearable art jewellery & accessories. I also draw & paint portraits of the famous and various creatures, my original artwork is for sale or for prints. Most of my pieces are mixed media and quite sculptural by nature of my love to captur

e form and colour composition. A lot of my pieces are ooak (one of a kind) and I will not make them again, some of my pieces I am offering as made to order and these can also be personalised. As all my pieces are handmade by myself they are all unique as I'm not a machine producing these pieces on mass, I design and create in my hobby room or at my kitchen table and fit this in round my day job and my family life, all the pieces I create are very special to me they are a little piece of me as an artist showing my self-expression to the world. I also consider commissions, so please message me to discuss. My background is art-based I have a BA Hons in Fashion Design with Marketing and manufacture and I worked in the clothing industry for 10 years before having the youngest of my two boys. Though I have always been a creative artist, cutting, sticking, drawing/ painting and making things since I could co-ordinate my hands! Padpod & Berrie was tentatively formed Autumn 2017 after many years of getting round to it as a busy working Mum of two boys! I created the name as a collaboration of my sons' nicknames, Adam “Adpadpod” and Jack “Jackleberrie” so..…. I hope you enjoy Padpod & Berrie's pieces as much as I do making them!
