To clean the polymer clay wipe with a damp cloth and for the metal findings use rubbing alcohol. Will my item look the same as it does on the website? No, as each piece is handmade they may not look exactly same, but is still unique. Do you use any molds to assist your work? For most of my work no, my items are handmade and sculpted by me, however, I have made my own molds when making bigger projects. Yes, send me a message regarding any items you want (including any adjustments or changes), I will send you a PayPal Goods and Services invoice. Full Payment is required before any items are made. I really like one of your items, but could I have it in a different colour? Yes, Doo-Lally Jewellery is fully customizable as I understand everyone has their own individual preferences.
