I’ve been trying to find the right words to share this, and truthfully, I’m still processing it all 💔
I wish I could sit down and speak to each and every one of my incredible hosts, loyal customers, and all the amazing women (and men) who have supported me over the past 16 years with my Captain Tortue / Maison Captain journey… but right now, I’m just not quite there emotionally 😢
This week, we’re saying goodbye to a very special part of our journey. After 33 incredible years, our French supplier Maison Captain will be closing 💔
They’ve been so much more than just a supplier, they’ve been friends, an inspiration, amazing to work with, and such a huge part of my life and the Tortue UK story. I feel so incredibly grateful to have had what truly was my dream job ❤️
I’m heartbroken, but also so thankful for the memories, the laughter, the joy, and the journey we’ve shared together.
But this isn’t the end…
I want to reassure you that Tortue UK is still here. We’re working hard behind the scenes, we’re determined, and we’re staying positive - even feeling a little spark of excitement for what the future might bring ✨
It’s not the end of the story… just the start of something new.
We still have some beautiful Maison Captain pieces available, so if you’ve ever loved the collections, now is the time to truly treasure them 🤍
