After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our One Style Per School Policy for future Communion seasons.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly.
Over the years, we have done our absolute best to honour this policy. However, with the volume of Communion dresses we now stock and sell each season, it has become increasingly difficult to accurately monitor and track every style across every school.
Despite our best efforts, there have unfortunately been a small number of occasions where overlaps have occurred. For this, we are truly sorry and offer our sincerest apologies to any families affected.
As a small family business, we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service possible.
However, we are only human, and unfortunately human error can happen, particularly when managing hundreds of different dress styles and a growing number of customers each year.
In order to be completely fair and transparent moving forward, we can no longer guarantee that a particular dress style will be exclusive to any individual school.
We understand that some customers may be disappointed by this change, and we genuinely hope you can appreciate that this decision has been made out of necessity rather than choice.
The good news is that we continue to stock hundreds of beautiful Communion dresses, offering an extensive range of styles, designs, and options to suit every little girl.
We remain committed to helping each customer find a dress that makes her feel special on her big day.
